The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and place the legal liability between you and Murat Er fixed. ORDER

RETURNS

Our goal is your satisfaction with all the products that you buy in the online shop. If you are an EU customer and want to return your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery date. DAMAGED GOODS

If it is found after unpacking that the goods were also damaged, you should take a photo of the damage so we can see it clearly. Please send the photo of the packaging to our Customer Service team, with your confirmation number and a brief description of the problem.
This applies even if the packaging is not damaged but the product, or a wrong item was mistakenly shipped.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

In case of a refusal to supply at the delivery address, the delivery costs and the return shipment costs of the potential refund amount will be deducted. If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have already left the warehouse, a cancellation fee will be charged.

PASSING OF RISK
